MAIN RUNNING PHILOSOPHY

Steam Boilers can be produced between 1.000 kg/h - 5000 kg/h steam production capability according to process requirements. The whole system is editing to receive maximum efficiency by spending less energy which means recycling is being applied in whole system. The water is being feed from Water Feed Tank ( WFT) to boiler , is receiving energy by burning of LPG ( vapor phases ) inside the gas burner and it starts to vaporize at 90ºC and converts to water vapor phases which carries through pipelines to main boilers where vapor exchanges its heat with process water to heat up it for any requirement.

THE CHIMNEY

The chimney is very important part of whole system to exhausts the burnt fuel to outside effectively. All system needs different chimney in diameter and length. It changes according to boiler capacity and also boiler placement , building physical condition etc.

THE DEGASSER

The degasser is an optional part of whole steam boiler system. It uses to extract free O₂ and CO₂inside the feed water before supplying to steam boiler to prevent any corrosion in boiler and installation.

1- Steam can be used in process ( according to requirement) ( ironing in textile )

2- Steam can be used to heat up the water inside the boiler , heated water can be used in process according to requirement (dying in textile or reactors in pharmacy sector)
